- Creating bespoke complexed websites frameworks from the base upwards using a mixture of programming languages and web development tools a few being HTML, PHP, CSS/SASS, JQuery, foundation 6 and WordPress.
- On completion, the website was then transformed into a fully functioning Wordpress website allowing the client to easily add and remove content.
- In-house training and online courses were provided for, with professional colleagues to assist when implementing finer details into WordPress, JS and Jquery

- Promoting new company products and services by creating text adverts and imagery on Photoshop or similar platforms.
- Dealing with new, existing and potential clients on a daily basis.

- Transferring domain names between hosting companies and packages. Including 123-Reg, Go Daddy, Heart Internet and more.
- Backing up and restoration of business emails, websites and important information prior to a domain move/transfers. Ensuring a smooth and simple process.
- Creating websites from scratch using a mixture of HTML, PHP, CSS, J Query and website development tools. Designing with accessibility in mind. (total validator, wave for color)
- Full knowledge of best SEO practices.
- Integrated websites with Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Designing prototypes websites.
- Creating logos, banners and buttons for websites
- Provide guidance to other team members on web development issues.
- Developing websites that have a consistent feel and look throughout all web properties
- Providing technical support to end users and creation of personalised email signatures.
- Wordpress Migration – Fixing errors with the database during the migration process

June - December 2015
- I also set up and installed Kali software on a Raspberry PI which is used for penetration testing on E-commerce sites.
- I had the opportunity to enhance my knowledge in coding of CSS, HTML and some PHP in developing small business web pages using Wordpress - a blogging platform. The websites which I created were custom-built for various resolutions, allowing these applications to be responsive on a desktop, mobile phone and tablet.
- At Nuttifox, I gained valuable experience in customer support services. I worked on the helpdesk offering support and selling services such as Zopim - Live Chat, Websites Hosting, Email Marketing (CRMs) and much more. I also promoted the services offered by Nuttifox: A creative technology expert company which mainly specialises in creating and developing websites for all businesses.
- In addition to helpdesk support, I attended meetings with clients regarding any additional features / add-ons which they might require for their businesses. The business expo I attended allowed me to gain knowledge of the diverse IT industry, making new contacts and gaining new business for Nuttifox.
- I also mentored a school leaver who began as an Apprentice. My task was to teach him the basics in general IT and coding.
